Best CPU cooler for £30?

Keep getting recommended the Hyper Evo 212, which is good in it's own right. I don't think I am going to overclock still as my 3570k isn't bottlenecking anything. It would be nice to have cooler temps and just be there ready to overclock as I am going to take the build to bits to clean it as it is dusty. Might do some voltage later on down the line though.

Why don't you want the 212 EVO? It's by far the best option for that price range.

Yeah I know, I will get it more than likely but I was wondering if anything in this price range compares? So I could check them out, just want to get the right one

I put the Enermax ETS-T40 for my recent build and it was easy to install, keeps the processor cool and is stone cold silent under all of my operating conditions (I'm not a gamer but use my computer for photo processing).

Now that looks nicer than the Hyper evo 212, but it is more expensive, otherwise I think I would get this one.

I have used the Arctic Cooling Freezer 13, which is decent for a bit cheaper, but inferior to the Hyper evo 212.
