Best CPU cooler for £50?

I am looking for the best performing CPU cooler under £50, don't mind water or air.

I have an 8350 and a 300r.

My RAM is the HyperX Beast and it is 46.4mm high so not all coolers will fit.

Could you also include a UK link please!
