Best CPU cooler for OCing X58 Xeons

Hi guys, purchased an Asus P6T Deluxe X58 mobo used for around $150 AU (~118 USD) which comes with an i7-920 and 6GB DDR3 1333 Ram. I'd like to OC the i7-920 while I purchase (and await delivery) a xeon processor of the x56xx class. What I was wondering is, whether a Noctua NH D14 would be a good enough cooler to achieve a 4.5GHz OC for a xeon x5675 (3.06GHz stock clock with a x23 multiplier) or should I go with a more powerful one?

More than enough I've oc'ed my x5650 to 4.5ghz on a hyper 212x and whilst it was a bit toasty it never came really close to dangerous temps.
