I have a amd athlon x4 760k cpu and i want to cool it. whats the best cooler for $60 and under. Can be an air cooler or water cooler. I have a corsair spec 01 case

Actually as eddieb101 and GhislainG already said both are too big for your case. My suggstion is Noctua NH-C12P SE14 (see below).

I have no hesitation in recommending the Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO. The Cooler Master 212 Evo is slightly too big for that case!!

The EVO will touch the side panel; there's no way the 171.2 mm high Thermalright TRUE Spirit will fit.
