Hey, everyone!

I've done a lot of research on this topic, but just can't find the right reasons that would help me decide which one to buy.

So contenders for the best cooler for me are the following (using an i7-8700K for streaming at 1080p, in the S340 Elite case):

Note: the prices in "()" are of the cheapest deals I can make across the world.

Cryorig H7 (30€)
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo (34€)
Scythe Kotetsu Mark II (36€)

BeQuiet Shadow Rock Slim (45€)
Cryorig H5 Universal (45€)
Scythe Ashura (45€)
Reeven Hans (45€)
Reeven Brontes (46€)
Scythe Grand Kama Cross 3 (47€)

Scythe Fuma (51€)
Scythe Ninja 4 (52€)
Reeven Justice (56€)

I know it might be hard to answer which one is the best price/performance cooler, because they are all very similar, but please, if you could share any good info, like which ones are definitely higher than others, share your thoughts <3

Thanks for the answers, folks! And if you have some other suggestions, please tell em'!

I've heard good things about H7 too, but I am afraid that it ain't gonna be sufficient for the 8700K. I'm just gonna go with the stock speeds. I forgot to say that when I am talking about "performance", I'm more leaning towards low noise levels than heat handling, because I know all these coolers are good.

Thanks for the reply mate!

Of the 2 air coolers I have used in the past the Cryorig H5 is pretty good and very quiet, though the size and price could be a bit of putting. It will keep the 8700K in check whilst being near silent at around £48. The Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is always good (have used it before) and does a fairly good job on thermals especially as you are not going to overclock. Have you thought about a 120 AIO like the Corsair H45 at £50? I have moved over to an AIO for some time now and they are very quiet and do a stellar job at keeping things cool...just a thought.

H5 is a good one too. Every cooler that I listed here is a great one, but I'm tryin to get a good idea of which air cooler is the best for the price, noise- and temps-wise.

The small AIOs are not worth it in my opinion, the first one I would consider buying is an H80i, but thats 80€ here, so its a no-go for me. Thanks for the idea tho! :)
