Question Best CPU Cooler under $60

What is the best CPU Cooler for under $60? I'm looking to cool the i5 9600k at a pretty high speed. The motherboard I am still deciding on but will be something mid-priced like the Asrock z390 extreme4.

Define, pretty high speed. Do you mean having a high overclock? If so what sort of an overclock are you looking to achieve? You could look into Noctua's offering or from Scythe.

the artic freezer 33 or esports edition seems good, i would get it over any coolermaster since their fans usually isnt quiet. be quiet pure rock isnt bad either with option to change the fan if its to loud.
