Best cpu cooler with heatsink brand

Hi i want to ask what is best cpu cooler (Fan with heatsink) to replace the stock cooler on my intel core i5 3450 processor. I hv a gigabyte H61M-S1 motherboard.
In full load 99% use my Cpu goes to maximum 70-71 degrees with stock cooler,i can see any better changes if i use custom ones? And please tell the one tht gonna come according to my motherboard size.

Cryorig M9i, fantastic cooler.
70c temps are perfectly normal, quite cool actually.
I don't see a reason to upgrade, but if you want to, get the Cryorig.

for budget go with the hyper tx3 evo or the dark rock slim very cheap and will keep the cpu nice and cold(er)

Both of those run about 5 degrees warmer from memory, for $19 and the slightly lower acoustic profile it offers, the M9i is the better choice imo.

yes with like every cooler from a ok brand will beat the stock cooler

You should see about 60c at load, there's really no reason to upgrade atm as far as i'm concerned, i'd just stick with what you have, as long as it isn't above 80c constantly, you're fine.
Even if it does spike to 80c once or twice, don't worry, only if it's a consistent thing.

I would recommend you some cooler that also provides cooling for motherboard VRM's, since you gonna remove stock cooler you will take cooling from VRM's and it could cause issues under load on low end motherboards that dont have heatsinks on VRM's chips.
Something like

Cooler Master - Vortex Plus
Cooler Master - GeminII M4
CRYORIG C7
Noctua - NH-L9i

@OP, what is your case, what retailer are you using and what's your budget?
As I said, stock cooler is still the best choice, but if you want I can recommend one.

I used amazon or flipkart , my budget is around 40$-45$ but if anything worth it i can stretch it to 50$
I saw tht hyper evo and 212x are popular but just came to know here that they maybe have size problems
My cabinet is zebronics grill, i measure it from outside and its about 17cm wide (no proper specs available on its website)

It will be fine like efficient cooling than the current stock one? i noticed that i dnt even have a thermal paste in my stock cooler and its just airconditioned room , in idle cpu goes to 41-45 and while playing games like Gta 5 and rise of tomb raider in max settings the tempreture goes between 69-72 and keeps rotating there. Tht cooler will bring it down to 60's somehow or closer?

It isn't a matter of whether it will fit with your motherboard, it's a matter of whether your case is big enough to handle it's height, which many aren't.
Plus you have a non-k CPU, it would be a little overkill.
