Best CPU cooler without double-fan radiator

I am looking to overclock my i5-3570k (currently has a stock cooler and no overclock) in a Fractal Design R3 case. This case does not support dual-fan radiators without modification (I don't want to do modifications). It supports 120mm or 140mm case fans and has a maximum CPU cooler clearance of 165mm.

Therefore I need either an air cooler (<165mm total depth) or a liquid cooler with a single-fan radiator (140mm or 120mm).

I am looking for maximum cooling and minimum noise. Price is not an issue.

What should I get?

Thermalright actually makes really great, often overlooked coolers imo. mostly cheaper than Noctua while outperforming them at times.
