my side and front will be cold air, back will be exhaust, the 2 side fans that will be hitting my graphics cards should provide good cooling for them right?

It should, yes...

I'm doing a series of test to figure out if the side panel fans really do help or not. 3 days later, I realize that the upper 2 side fan isn't helping. In fact, it brings my temps up 2C. This is probably due to the type of cooler I have, which blows down to the motherboard. So far the lower side fans isn't impacting the vidcard at all, but that's on idle. You might want to test it out yourself.

i have to agree with the reviews in the above link that the zeroTHERM Nirvana is relatively noisy at its highest fan setting...

i have one installed over an e8400, and inside the front door of my case (lian li pc-p60) i took out a drive bay cover and rested the manual fan control on top of the HD cage...so i can open the front door and grab it to turn it down without opening the case side panel...as far as i know the fan won't work with the mobo's controls, only with this hand-held dial...

however, you'll also see that the reviews correctly point out that its cooling performance is very good...i'll agree with this...although temp readings on the e8400 can be an adventure as of this moment...

installation wasn't as dreadful IMO as the review made it sound...wasn't as quick and easy as I would prefer, but it really was not bad...

and after personally "seeing" the performance of the Zalman and the Ninja mentioned on that list in 2 friend's boxes, I decided to give the zeroTHERM a try, and I can tell you it's better than both of those...
