Best CPU Fan Cooler for High End Gaming Rig

I am currently building a high end rig with a two-way 980 Ti SLI reference card by EVGA and an Intel i7-5930k.

What I would like to know is what to use for CPU Cooling. I am worried about trying to set up liquid cooling over Fan Cooling for the CPU.

What is the best fan cooler for this kind of build?

Would you highly recommend liquid cooling over the fan?

Sorry but another question is will the CPU bottleneck the two 980 Ti's? I'm gonna run games max settings 1440p 144hz and I'm wondering if this will be enough.

If you can get a great overclock on it, it won't apart form very super intensive CPU games like the total war series, you should be fine.
