Question Best CPU fan/cooler for my i5-7400

hey y'all! I'm looking to replace my CPU fan since the plastic pins broke, it was the stock fan if you're wondering. I'm just looking for a good cheap replacement as I'm not doing too well financially. Preferably around the $20 range. Also, what would be some good thermal paste? It's been years since it was reapplied by my brother (PC is gifted by him)

My CPU: i5-7400 (6M Cache, up to 3.50 GHz)
Motherboard: MSi B250M Bazooka

not sure what cooler you have? this is a 120mm that will work well. it as good SP to push air thorough the heat sink fins.
if you need a 140mm look for one with good SP and quite

I converted the measurements: 88mm

the most I can go is 100 (4 inches), no more than that

Honestly, for a 7400 I would look for a stock replacement. I have seen those around $5-10 on ebay, give or take some shipping. Otherwise almost everything that would fit will work fine.
