Best CPU fan for a Corsair Spec 01

What would be the best aftermarket CPU cooler for this case? I can't fit an hyper 212 evo, so i need help. I was looking at the zalman cnps9500a but I didn't know if there was a better cpu cooler for this case. I have an i5 4690k CPU if it matters. My budget is 50 dollars at max.

I would buy it over the 212. It comes with everything you need to mount it. Google the name to see some reviews from other hardware sites and you tube.
