Best CPU for a GTX 770?

I was wondering if a Intel Core i5-4570S and a PSU of 600W will be enough for a gtx 770.

Perfectly fine, I plan to put the same stuff in a Lan party pc soon myself!

instead of a 4750S, go with a regular 4430, 4750S consumes less power but its more expensive. 4430 on the other hand perfoms as good as a regular 4750 or 4670K but costs less. but first whats your mobo?

as for PSU XFX pro 650W should be good for you.
