Intel Core i7 3820 Quad Core CPU (3.60GHz, 10MB Cache, Socket 2011, 130W, Sandy Bridge
is the one i use now.

Would a Intel Core i7-4930K Extreme 3.4 - 3.9GHz, Six Core Processor, 12 Threads be much better, i can get it for about 150 Pounds, dont want to change the Motherboard.

Seems a shame to put more money into the DDR3 based platform for a mere 300 MHz jump and 2 more cores, unless you are severely limited by your current clockspeed and 4c/8t cpu in something....; few games will really care about the 2 more cores, but, if you do some video editing/converting on the side, the two more cores will indeed come in handy...
