Best CPU for gaming and overclocking

I dont give 2 craps about price, as long as it's under 360, so you guys can suggest anything but an extreme edition.

For gaming, you don't need to go any higher than what we proposed.
The 4670K if you want something more recent.
The 3570K if you want so save some money but still get around the same performance.

i7-3770K or i7-4670K/4770K for more recent, far more than enough..

4670K: Great gaming CPU, however it runs quite hot and cannot be overclocked very well.
3570K: Great gaming CPU with decent overclocking abilities.
FX-8350: Decent gaming CPU which will likely out-last any of Intel's offerings. Great overclocking capabilities.
