If you're not going to overclock, a K CPU and CPU cooler aren't necessary. I would get the i5-4590 for 159.99$ at Micro Center if you have one nearby or else the i5-4440 for around 168.99$ at NCIX. All others don't offer as much bang for your buck as this one.
