So, right now I'm just getting into rendering and animation, and (luckily) have the cash to build a rig. I already have all of the build together minus the CPU. I'll be working in 3ds Max, Blender, Unreal, etc. and was wondering what the best CPU is for my criteria. Keep in mind I'd really like it to be under 250, but I'll understand if it's over.
P.S. I'm also stuck about the CPU cooling, as to whether or not I should get a closed loop liquid or stick to my original choice, the Cooler Master Hyper 212x. Thanks!
