Best cpu for gaming

First off there will be no gpu. So in cpus alone, what will perform the best in games?

If you get a skylake processor the integrated graphics are not half bad, and should provide passable framerates until you can get a new GPU.

No budget. It's going to be very small (thus why no gpu) but I need it to be a power house.

Well until Skylake gets realsed with a GT4e graphics Broadwell with the GT4e aka i7-5775C or i5-5675c. They even beat amd's 7870K apu in gpu tasks by a large margin and the cpu side it trades blows with both i7-4790K or i7-6700K.

Since he isn't going to use a discreet GPU WHY buy the higher end CPU SUCH AS SKYLAKE OR I 5 4690K???
There is also a 7890 From AMD ITS A apu BUT I HAVE not SEEN IT FOR SALE YET AT THE EGG...

Well the Broadwell-C cpu's GT4e gpu actually is faster (by a good amount) than any current gpu on any AMD APU. For a budget cheap gaming chip an AMD 7850K would be a decent choice but seeing as he asked for the fastest built in GPU on a CPU the i7-5775C and i5 5675C are king. Look up the benches if you don't believe me..
