Best CPU for GPU sapphire nitro+ 5700 RX XT ?

Pc builds com GPU sapphire nitro+ 5700 RX XT
With ryzen 7 2700X have 0,16 ℅ bottleneck
With ryzen 5 3600 have 6℅ bottleneck!!!!!!
With ryzen 7 3700X have 26℅ bottleneck!!!!!!

I insist in ryzen 7 2700X and not for money but for bottleneck...

Any help really appreciated

Where are you getting those numbers? If via bottleneck calculators then it's garbage as they don't account for the monitor resolution nor game which can impact it. Any of those CPU's would pair well at 1080P or higher resolution, even the Ryzen 2600 would be a good pairing for it.

ryzen 7 3700X is too strong for this GPU...
So ryzen 7 2700X 8 cores gen + or ryzen 5 3600 6 cores gen 2?

While I stand by my statement that all of the bottleneck calculators are garbage the ones listed on there are less then 1% so what is the issue? Even on the page it says "Graphic card and processor will work great together".
