Add a case and a 1050 Ti and you have a pretty decent little gaming system. You can also add an extra mechanical drive for storage. You can do that now or at any point in the future as budget allows.

An i3 6100 paired with a cheap board, 16GB of DDR4 2133 and a 250-500GB SSD would make a great system to pair with a 1050Ti.

Best price/performance would be the RX 470 for your price range. The i3 6100 is a good choice, but if you can spring for it a i5 6400 or 6500 is a better option. and can handle a better GPU in the future should you want to upgrade.

the i3 6100 is a great balanced match for the 1050 ti. Although, i would recommend you get a motherboard with a z170 chipset and 2666mhz ram. test are showing that the i3 6100 can see 15% boost in performance using the z170 + higher speed ram compared to a lower end chipset with 2133.

I have an i3-3220 3.30 ghz processor would that be ok too?
