[SOLVED] Best CPU for GTX 1070 right now?

Hello. I bought my PC in 2013, so it's kinda old for new games. About a half year ago I got myself GTX 1070 instead of my dead GTX 770. I know my CPU bottlenecks my GPU, so i want to get a new one. Right now my build is:
Asus B85-PLUS
Intel core i5 4570
8x2gb DDR3 1600 MHz Kingston HyperX
Palit GTX 1070
OCZ Fatality 750w champion edition

So the question: What do you thing is the best Motherboard + CPU for GTX 1070 right now? I've been thinking about Ryzen but not sure actually.
Also my PSU is slowly dying so model suggestions for it would be highly appreciated as well.

what is your CPU budget? and are you going to use only for gaming? The latest Ryzen are cheaper and cost efficient than the intel ones, eg the R5 3600X is cheaper than the i5 10600K, for i5 10600k you can buy R73700X instead

And for PSU Cosair VS series are cheap, and CX are premium ones

Oh, right, sorry. I play on Full HD, budget is around $220(might be more, depends on how much free to spend money I will have), I live in Russia.

Around $220, might be more (converted from Russian rubles). Yup, mostly for gaming.

You need ddr4 ram too so I don't think your budget is going to be anywhere near enough.

Fair enough, looking at Russian prices the 2600 is close to half the price of the 3600.

As good as the 3600 is its not that much better.

If you can, you can try and find a used i7 4770 somewhere, it will still be fine for a 1070.

The ryzen 3600 will cost 16000 rubles by itself, so maybe opt instead for a 2600, and a cheap b450 board
