Best cpu for lga 1150 !?

Yo whats up the guys. I wanted to ask . I got my basic pc right heres. Its a pentium G3220 with a gtx 1050 + 4 GB of ram. My motherboard is Hewlett packard 18e7

My questions are too.
Am looking to upgrade the ram of this machine and am willing to use it for editing also gaming so with the motherboard that i have can I go for 32 GB of ram DDR3 or 16 GB are max?
Also ofcourse am looking to get a better cpu and with that i wanna go for an i7 or an i5
and price is something am not questioning but would also like to know the best budget one and performance ones.

The best CPU you could get would arguably be the i7-4770 or i7-4790.

A best budget one.. Not sure, perhaps an i3-4150 or i5-4440/4460.

I second this dude above. I have used both the 4460 & 4790 and they are amazing CPU's.

The 4460 struggled with Witcher 3 but the 4790 was fine with it but then i found the 4790 struggled with BF1. Other than thay they could run any triple AAA games before 2016 round about.

I would agree that a i7-4790 or i7-4770 would be good choices for performance... however, you will need to make sure the customized UEFI BIOS that HP uses will support it. Also make sure how much RAM the MoBo will support too. As to the lower, more budget friendly options go, it would be an i3.

So , how much would they cost me and would it be a good choice getting a used one.
And noone told me the best BUDGET one pls , like 150 below dollars or euros.
