Best CPU For Music Production

Hi, I'm a music producer and am looking to build a computer for optimized performance using FL Studio 10 as my digital audio work station. Which CPU should I get?

3770, hands down, has hyperthreading that will improve your render times because of the 4 virtual cores. if money is an issue I suggest a 2500 its cheaper but also performs less than the 3770.
