I'm going to be using my computer for not only office work which consists of using excel and keeping inventory and keeping info for business but I will also be using my computer as a network video recording system. I'm not sure what set up to go with let alone the CPU. What I do know is that I'll be using purple hard drives for the cameras a regular old hard drive for the work files and then a small 60gb ssd for windows 10 and the NVR software (geovision) I know I want to use intel for CPU I just don't know which one to get. (Cameras will be running 24/7 on a 2 monitor system)

Nice i3 with Hyperthreading should handle office work and some multitasking easily enough, 8Gb of RAM should be OK and I've included a 256Gb SSD along with a single 1Tb HDD for storage. No fancy graphics needed here, the i3s' built in graphics core should be all you need while the whole build should look nice and professional (and be quiet).

The g4560 isn't very good for office work. It can run programs really well, but it isn't very good for multitasking. I'd suggest you get a Ryzen 5 1400x. You might have to get a new mobo, if the one you have supports intel. But you can get a good mobo for a Ryzen for pretty cheap. I know the Ryzen is more expensive, but a g4560 just isn't really good for anything but gaming.
