Best cpu for rx 460 to prevent bottleneck

What is the best cpu that will be good mostly for gaming but also for desktop performance? I am Between those 3:

Intel Core i3-7320 4.10
Intel Pentium G4560
Amd ryzen 5 1400

I want a cpu that will be good for future gaming. I may updrade my graphics card after 1-2 years, depends on the games that will come.

For future gaming and upgrades, then the Ryzen would be my choice.

Yes ryzen really shines there. But i would suggest getting Ryzen 1500 which has higher clockspeed.
