Best CPU for Unity/Game Development

I currently am using an i5-4460, and I'm just searching for the next step up from it (Don't care about it's gaming performance). I'll be running many different programs at once (many chrome tabs open, Unity, MS Visual Studio, PyxelEdit, Photoshop, possibly streaming to Twitch).

Well, what issues do you notice with your current processor? I'd hate for you to upgrade a processor just to be disappointed. How much RAM do you have, what harddrive/SSD do you have and what graphics card do you have?

For what you're planning to do a xeon 1231-v3 will fare you well. You have a discrete GPU right?
