Best CPU For Video Editing and Gaming ?

Currently my eye is on Intel i5-4690k as I don't have huge budget. All I want to do is video editing and gaming but I don't mind if games are delivering 22- 25 fps in low resolution and settings with GeForce 610.. So, what you guys say ? should I go for i5-4690k for good performance ?

No, I just want to buy the processor as of now and I'm from India. My budget is around nearly $315 or ₹20000.
