I currently have a FX 8350 and a GTX 750. I want to upgrade both. What is the best pairing for under $350 max. Upgrading the rest of the computer with DDR4 2600, 600watt power. Can't choose a MB til I find whats best for me.

worst time of upgrading...

Yup, pricing currently is terrible. You could try overclocking with a decent aftermarket CPU cooler as that should help a little bit in WoW, then overclock the GPU at least until prices normalize (whenever that may be). This would also allow you to save up a bit more cash for a more substantial upgrade.

As other stated bad time to buy a GPU if I were you I would just upgrade the Memory/Motherboard/CPU for now if you go Rzyen you want to shoot for at least a 1300X the 1200 may be better in Wow do too a higher single thread performance but games/apps that can work with multi threads you probably won't see much of a difference.
