[SOLVED] Best CPU/GPU for this motherboard

My gpu died recently,so i wanna do a quick replacement either only gpu or both untill i get a new pc.H81M VG4 3.0,what is the best combination of CPU/GPU that this motherboard can support and no bottleneck.

Or what GPU to pair with i5 4690 (non-k )

CPU is already one of best for that MB as for GPU, I think that any over GTx 2060/3060 would be overkill.
