Best CPU heatsink for a P5Q Pro Motherboard

Need help in determining which heatsink to use for my new build using a ASUS P5Q Pro 775 socket motherboard. Thanks!

how bout try something painless huhuhu

coolermaster v8 or artic cooling freezer extreme or ocz vendetta 2

how bout try something painfull

zalman cnps 9500 or zalman cnps 9700(hate to say this its good but dont try to push the cooler with force or you will get cuts by sharp alu fins ....)

Most efficient cooling would come from the Xigmatek HDT-S1283 or Sunbeam Core Contact Freezer. You'll also need the Thermalright LGA-775 Bolt-Thru kit (backplate) to mount.
