Best Cpu Mobo and ram for £250

I play heavily modded minecraft and i have a 1050ti.
At the moment i have a fx4300 which is terrible and i want to get a better cpu which would require a new mobo and ram. Im pretty sure minecraft only runs on one core so ill need something thats good at that. ( Idk how to overclock but i want to so i dont know if i should get a cpu cooler)

Ive seen that the g4560 is just as good or even better for running minecraft, is this true

The G4560 is not even really in the same league as Ryzen 2200g - that is the AMD is far superior in almost everything and it's cheaper.
