I am currently looking to build a mini itx sytem. I was thinking of going for a athlon 860k or a g3258. I also have a pentium g620 and all i need is the mobo and the ram. Will be using it with a 500w psu and a gtx 460. Got a ssd and a case too. Here are the 2 lists i made up. Looking for best value and something reliable. Will be overclocking the cpu.

You can see quite a difference in price between the 2. Are the parts for the builds good enough for a mild oc? This pc will be used for light gaming, web content and using my elgato to record gameplay videos. I am upgrading from a q6600, 4gb of ram and its currently really slow and ram for ddr2 intel is expensive too. I would prefer to go with the g3258 build but will there be much more improvement with the amd one? Just trying to get the best deal. Or should i just use the g620 pentium i got now providing it would not be much slower than the 2 other builds?
