Depends on what platform. Do you want an AMD or Intel platform. And if it's intel, do you want the new 1151 socket or the 1150 socket. This makes a difference because you can't use the same RAM sticks on these kind of boards.

Do not buy this combination. The H110 Motherboard will not work with the i3-7100 processor without a BIOS update which you cannot do without a Skylake processor (example i3-6100). The easiest way is to instead get a B250 motherboard such as

This is the bare minimum I would use with an RX 480, its overpowered for it but if thats your budget level then thats it.
