Best CPU & MOBO

Hi,

I would like to upgrade my CPU along with the MOBO..really need your advises and expertise.. would be OC little bit not gamers like 5.0ghz.. i guess max will do is 4.5ghz if needed and the other thing is no plans for SLI in future at all... upgrading only for gaming......!!!

About MOBO, i got really confused what to buy..As will be not going with an SLI in future only OC...
