Best CPU mostly for HD Video playback?

I want to build a pc for my dad. What he will do with it is EXTREME movie viewing (he is a movie addict person) The pc is going to play at least 3-4 Full HD movies a day and also facebook games maybe even a few real games. Note that I want the build to be an overkill for movies since I want it to last long and support a 4k monitor for 4k movie viewing in the future or even 8k movie viewing. What I'm going with is :

ASUS Z87 A C2
GTX 750ti
Corsair CX 500W 80 plus bronze
Sandisk SSD 64gb
Seagate barracuda 3TB HDD

Feel free to change the Motherboard as well... ( no intel i3 suggestions please)
My budget for the CPU is 200Euros tops!

I'd go with an Intel Xeon processor; they're built for servers, therefore have no integrated graphics, as a result you'll need your own dedicated GPU, which you have. They also provide similar performance to Intel i7's at a fraction of the cost.

The Intel Xeon E3-1230 v3 would be a great processor in your scenario. I'm not entirely sure how much that would cost in dollars/the states, as I'm from the UK. But you should definitely look into it, you'll get the same performance as most i7's.

Also to ensure 4K video playback, that's up to your graphics card. I don't specialise much in GPU's, but your selected card should last you some time.

There is an issue with your build: there are NO such things as "extreme movie viewing" for CPUs. The only thing you need to worry about is your graphics card. Get an i3 processor, but good luck with a 750 Ti and 4k hahahah. You do realize that 4k requires at LEAST a GTX 770 if you want to really use it, right? Also, movies can't be played in 4K unless they were made in 4k (highly unlikely). The maximum you can buy is in HD 1920x1080, so there won't be any differences between viewing a 1920x1080p movie on a 1920x1080p monitor versus a 4k monitor.

yes of course I know that I need a 4K monitor. What you said about the 770 though is if I want to play games in 4k resolution. I don't want that. Just view video in that resolution. You are saying that I can't view 4k content with a 4k monitor on a 750ti?? It's almost the same as viewing 4 1080p movies in one 1080p monitor in the same time which I could do with my 9600GT in my old computer!!

The 4570 could be an alternative if you don't have the budget for a Xeon.
