Best CPU OC Benchmark program

I'm overclocking my CPU, i7 6700k (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/MYcbCy Full build) and I want to use a good benchmark, I heard there was one that can push the CPU too hard and break it or something like that, so I don't want to use a benchmark that pushes too little or too much. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I heard aida 64 is good but it cost money also realbench
