Best CPU to Match with GTX 1050Ti [Low Heat Output PC Build]

I want to make a low heat output gaming PC build. I have been looking at power usage to give me an indication of how much heat the PC would produce. It seems like the GTX 1050Ti coming out later this month might be the best card for this (75w power).

What is the highest skylake intel processor that will allow this card to reach full potential in gaming? I don't want to pay for an i5 if the 1050ti is too weak to play at settings where it would matter compared to an i3 or less. i3 uses less power as well which is nice, but I think it is only a small difference so maybe not a factor. I am not looking for the absolute best price/performance ratio but rather the low power requirement so something like an i3 6300 might be fair game although it is an unpopular choice.

The reason I want low power is for the low heat output and low noise. This is a PC that will be on nearly 24/7 in a small living space so I don't want a mini furnace or a noise machine. It will be used for office stuff and gaming at 1080p 60hz.

I was thinking of getting a nice M.2 SSD like Samsung and 16gb ram to round it out. What wattage power supply do you think I would need for it? B150 motherboard or H170?

I don't need an exact build just looking for ideas

i3 6100 is the obvious choice. The 6300 is not worth the extra money.

You can get the i3-6300T if you want to, it has a 35W TDP. For minimum heat output and noise stick with the M.2 SSD and no hard drive. The 80+ Gold Seasonic Power Supply will be a good choice for low heat output and low noise as well. IMO you don't need 16GB of RAM. Add a quiet 700RPM Noctua fan on the side fan port to keep the M.2 drive and GTX 1050 running cool.
