Best CPU to pair with a R9 390?

I'm planning on putting a computer build together that will play the majority of PC games out there at 60 fps at 1080p resolution. I need a good Intel CPU to go along with it and one that won't bottleneck the 390. I was thinking that i5-4460 might be a good choice. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

i5-4460 is a last-gen CPU, but if you can't afford SKylake then it should suffice.

Thanks SR-71 Blackbird. I would certainly love to put a Skylake CPU in the build but unfortunately it would destroy my budget.
