Best cpu to use

I have an ACPI x64, A10 6700. I would like to upgrade the cpu, what do you suggest ? I want to run battlefield hardline.. It also has 8gb ram and will be upgrading the gpu to gtx750

there are not any decent upgrade options for you on fm2 platform .
it doesn´t matter anyway because gtx 750
is not powerfull enough to play modern games at 1080p
with at least med/high presets and it doesn´t have good price/performance ratio either.

you should buy at least radeon r7 265 , radeon 270/270x/280 would be even better.
but keep in mind that your processor will bottleneck r9 series cards from amd .
later on you can upgrade your platform and buy intel motherboard and core i5 processor .
