You might have to wait for AMD RYZEN 3 processors to hit the market, or up your budget by 25 dollars and you'll be able to afford a RYZEN 5 1400.

Setting price limits on particular parts makes zero sense. If starting a new build set a total budget and let someone on here spec you one out, if replacing a old CPU we need the specs of your current one to be able to answer.

To be fair it would have to be the i5 vs. ryzen vs. G4560. (If you can find the parts cheaper great, i am using partspicker just for a comparison)
