You might have to wait for AMD RYZEN 3 processors to hit the market, or up your budget by 25 dollars and you'll be able to afford a RYZEN 5 1400.

need4speeds technically speaking the G4650 is better under 145$, but 5$ more and Frys.com is selling Ryzen 5 1400 for 149.99 better power than G4560, but chemmajorp53 has a good point.

Setting price limits on particular parts makes zero sense. If starting a new build set a total budget and let someone on here spec you one out, if replacing a old CPU we need the specs of your current one to be able to answer.
