If you're willing to go to the top of the budget you could also get the i5-4690k, which is a much stronger CPU and would allow for overclocking:

170 quid is a 4690K all day long. You just have to watch online pricing, and adjust by a few £'s if you cant get it. What else you gonna buy?
A locked chip? With an upper mid range Z98 board?
Miracles are beyond me personally, you will have to stretch the wallet a bit.
