Best CPU upgrade for El1333g-03W emachine?

title says it all, wondering what are compatible dual core cpu upgrades for an emachine EL1333g-03W, it currently has its stock processor an AMD Athlon 2.7ghz single core cpu, not looking for only the newest top of the line upgrades, a compatible older 2.5 ghz dual core cpu would be great

I may have to say that the CPU socket technology is too old to handle a newer generation Processor.

Your best bet would be to get a new unit or keep your current one and work with what you have.
