Between the faster single core speeds and double the L2 cache the 5700x is pulling @ 13800 vs the 5600 @ 11100 in cinebench R23 single core. That's @ 20% difference in single thread performance. Which is going to affect AutoCad. But AutoCad by itself isn't the only program used, you'll also be using Arnold or other compilation software, rendering software etc which will benefit from the additional threads.
