Not many options with your current setup-only logical upgrade would be a full system overhaul.

You could upgrade to the AMD FX 8370 but it won't be that much faster than your current CPU.
I would recommend you to overclock the FX 8320, to get close to FX 8370 performance until you are ready to get a new system.

There are no viable upgrade options. All the 'better' CPUs available on that platform are literally the same chip you currently have, just clocked higher. You would get the same results overclocking your CPU as you would with upgrading. If you want a real performance uplift, you have to get a whole new setup, new CPU, new RAM and new motherboard, AM3+ is a dead end now.

That is a list of the compatible CPUs ... your choices are pretty limited. You can go to an FX-8370, but I doubt it would be worth it.
