Best CPU with gtx 1070 and MSI B85 G43 gaming

Can someone recommend me a CPU to pair it with a gtx 1070 and MSI B85 G43 Gaming motherboard? I play CS:GO, GTA V, Just Cause 3, BF1

Budget? The i7 4790k would be the best cpu for gaming on LGA 1150.

You can usually find the i7 4770 or i7 4790 non k CPU's for under 300 used. The 4770 is pretty much the same cpu as the 4790 except it has slightly lower clock speeds and tends to run a bit hotter.
