Best Current deal on windows 7?

So I missed the windows 7 upgrade discount by a few days... I'm shopping around. I currently use XP pro 32.

I think buying vista buisness 64 bit with windows 7 professional coupon for $150 is the best price to get windows 7 professional. Anyone Disagree?
