Best Custom Built PC around 1000$

Im going to build my first pc for gaming since ive been using a 300$ hp laptop for a year now.

BitFenix Pandora Core case and a liquid cpu cooler are a must since i love the case and wanna overclock after having it for a while...
I'll be mainly using this pc for league of legends and games like gta.
also can you tell me how much fps will i get?

this pc is built by PCPARTPICKER and they seem to have a comeback everytime someone tells them to replace something..
can i just replace the case and put in a liquid cooler on that build?

Also to answer your FPS and case question you should be able to max every thing out with 60FPS on my build, and for the case, your case is a micro-atx case, and there motherboard is a ATX, so it would be to big. Also do you plan to overclock?
