Best customizable PC online seller?

Hi, i just moved to the States and in need of a PC to game on and since my building skill is limited, i rekon that ordering a Pc from brand like cyberpower, digitalstorm, etc would be my best bet.
So which site offer the best deal and quality ? Im looking for a $1000 rig.
Ps: im going to college, should i buy a gaming laptop instead?

An already built Pc would be the best, although i really want to build my own - i have knowledge in parts and compability and stuffs but havent actually built one from scratch before. Should I try to build one instead?

With most prebuilts, one or more parts is substandard. Usually the PSU.
Yes, they say it is a 650W PSU. But it will be a crap brand.

They focus on and promote the flashy parts. LED fans, hotrod GPU, an i7 and 32GB RAM when it is not needed....

With something you build, you can specify exactly what stuff you want.

It's really simple! Just take it slowly and read the instruction manuals.
