Question Best ddr3 gaming pc

Hey guy, I have lots of usable ram and a good graphics card (rx580 8gb). And I was wondering what the best possible ddr3 gaming pic would be. I don’t want to upgrade to ddr4 because I still have 4x4 gn hyperx ddr3 sticks that are good and very usable. I really just want to know what the best cpu, motherboard, and psu are for ddr3 memory

An i7-4790K with a Z97 motherboard is the top-of-the-line DDR3 combo. That also means they are still a very expensive combo. It may be cheaper, to get a DDR4 Ryzen based system even though you have to buy new RAM.

A Z97 will most likely be a used motherboard, so it would depend on what you can find at a reasonable price.
